			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just spent a couple of enjoyable days at Agile Open California 2008.  And openspace-based <a href="http://www.agileopencalifornia.com/">Agile Software Development</a> conference.</p>
<p>I was quite impressed with the format of the conference.  I hadn&#8217;t been to a fully openspace conference before, and thought it worked really well and was pretty cool.</p>
