			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it&#8217;s about time!  I&#8217;ve always mapped CAPSLOCK to Control (as it should be) on every computer I&#8217;ve owned that&#8217;s had a caps lock key (the last one without was my Sun 3/160 iirc).</p>
